ECF Committee Workshop

Writing about you achievements, successes, and track record is always a difficult part of the grant writing process. Join us as part of the ANZMUSC October Scientific Meeting where we will hear from Dr Adrian Traeger (University of Sydney) and A/Prof Ilana Ackerman (Monash University) on how to best sell your track record, impact, and leadership. We will breakout into small groups (2-4 people) where you will have the opportunity to receive feedback from senior ANZMUSC members on a recent grant submission. This is a fantastic opportunity for PhD students and ECR’s to gain useful feedback in a safe and supportive environment.

To register for the session:

Please submit a section from a previous grant where you are seeking feedback on your track record, leadership, research impact, etc. Examples may include specific sections from an NHMRC investigator grants, 1-pager for an MRFF grant, etc. Please make sure that it is no longer than 1-page.

Submissions should be emailed directly to Dr. Sean Docking ( with subject ‘ATTENTION: ANZMUSC ECF Workshop 1-page’.

We look forward to seeing you there!
