- Are you an Early- or Mid-Career Researcher? We encourage you to submit an abstract for the EMCR Rapid-Fire Showcase by 5pm AEST Wednesday 20th August 2025. Access the guidelines and submission form here.
- Do you have an idea for a trial that you’d like feedback on? See the guidelines for our Trials in Ideation and Development session and apply here. Expressions of interest close at 5pm AEST Friday 5th September.
- Nominate yourself or someone else for an ANZMUSC Annual Award. Award guidelines and application forms are available here.

Meeting Registration
Claiming a free registration
If you were a recipient of ANZMUSC Trial of the Year, Best ECR Paper of the Year, ANZBACK SIG Back Pain Paper of the Year, or OA SIG OA Paper of the Year in 2023 or 2024 and have an unclaimed prize (one free ASM registration) please email admin@anzmusc.org for instructions.

Customs House
Wheelchair access to the building is via the Riverside Terrace centre doors. A lift operates in the building providing access to the Queen Street and Mezzanine levels. A disabled toilet is located on the River Level of the building. A car parking space on the Riverside Terrace can be made available for disabled guests (subject to availability).

There are a number of accomodation options close to the University of Queensland City Campus and Customs House. A few options are listed below.

Transport
Brisbane’s buses, trains, ferries, and trams all use the same ticketing system. You can pay by tapping on and off with a contactless Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit/credit card (or a linked phone/watch), or by using a go card. Fares are currently a flat 50 cents per trip across the network, except for the Airtrain to the airport. Always tap on and off with the same card or device to avoid a higher default fare.
